What you will do

  • Lead people objectives for assigned clients, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Provide strategic coaching to leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Identify and address competency gaps through strategic workforce planning and succession management.
  • Maintain client HR data, administer payroll and benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence by translating business needs into comprehensive People Plans.
  • Actively engage with and adopt AI tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Operations Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • Strong proficiency in workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for coaching and stakeholder management.
  • High comfort level with cutting-edge technology and modern HR software.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on ethics and integrity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
