What you will do
- Lead people objectives for assigned clients, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Provide strategic coaching to leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Identify and address competency gaps through strategic workforce planning and succession management.
- Maintain client HR data, administer payroll and benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational excellence by translating business needs into comprehensive People Plans.
- Actively engage with and adopt AI tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Operations Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Strong proficiency in workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for coaching and stakeholder management.
- High comfort level with cutting-edge technology and modern HR software.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on ethics and integrity.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
