Salary: $130,000–$170,000 (Targeting $150,000).

What you will do
- Partner with leadership to anticipate talent needs and develop effective succession and talent management strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including market trend analysis and metrics reporting.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution to managers and team members.
- Deploy practices to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across all levels.
- Manage and mentor the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Analyze people metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for operational performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience with a strong background in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition functions.
- Previous management and leadership experience is required.
- Global HR experience is required (European experience preferred).
- Remote working experience in an HR capacity is required.
- AI-forward mindset with experience building using tools like Claude.
