TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote-first, with a required in-person final interview).

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 (Targeting $150,000).

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to anticipate talent needs and develop effective succession and talent management strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including market trend analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution to managers and team members.
  • Deploy practices to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across all levels.
  • Manage and mentor the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Analyze people metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for operational performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience with a strong background in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Previous management and leadership experience is required.
  • Global HR experience is required (European experience preferred).
  • Remote working experience in an HR capacity is required.
  • AI-forward mindset with experience building using tools like Claude.
