TL;DR

Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 (based on market tiers)

What you will do

  • Partner with the CFO and Operations Team to set HR priorities and translate strategy into an actionable operating model.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting in the US, optimizing the recruiting playbook for long-term scalability.
  • Refine performance management cycles and optimize compensation leveling using benchmarking tools like Pave.
  • Establish the 2026 Manager Training Program and build a cohesive L&D framework centered on employee enablement.
  • Standardize the entire employee lifecycle, from unified onboarding to engagement and offboarding, for a remote workforce.
  • Manage the HR Manager and liaise with the PEO (Sequoia One) regarding payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
  • Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50–250 employees).
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Deep understanding of remote culture and strategies to unify distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership skills characterized by humility, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
