What you will do

• Build and maintain executive relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 CPG companies.
• Source and negotiate exclusive discounts, cashback offers, and promotional partnerships.
• Act as the primary ambassador for hirify.global within the CPG and shopper marketing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to refine capabilities and measure ROI.
• Develop a multi-year pipeline of strategic partnerships and repeatable commercial playbooks.
• Represent the company at major industry events and identify emerging retail media trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience building commercial partnerships with Fortune 500 CPG companies.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex, seven-figure commercial agreements.
• Existing executive relationships across leading CPG manufacturers.
• Deep expertise in shopper marketing, retail media, and loyalty programs.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at companies like Fetch Rewards, Ibotta, Rakuten, Shopkick, or Upside.
• Background in retail media networks or shopper marketing agencies.
• Experience in consumer fintech or payments.
