Salary: $59,000 – $76,500

What you will do
- Conduct deep research into health plans and systems to map executive hierarchies and stakeholders.
- Execute high-volume, personalized outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify marketing and event-generated leads to convert them into commercial opportunities.
- Act as the operational backbone for three enterprise Directors of Sales, managing calendars and regional strategies.
- Communicate complex clinical and financial value propositions, including performance-based fee structures.
- Maintain immaculate data hygiene within the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).
- 1–2+ years of outbound selling experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or medical device sales.
- Proven experience executing structured outreach using sequence-based tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in converting marketing or event-driven leads into commercial opportunities.
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating complex healthcare sales dynamics such as GLP-1 cost-containment or performance-based contracts.
