Location: Hybrid in Warsaw or Tbilisi, or remote for candidates based in other cities

What you will do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Aggregator platform.
  • Drive growth by delivering features that improve scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, and Commercial teams to prioritize initiatives.
  • Optimize operator onboarding processes to reduce integration time.
  • Design solutions for game routing, vendor integrations, configuration management, and automation.
  • Analyze customer feedback and platform performance to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building Aggregators within the iGaming industry is required.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of specific experience working on iGaming Aggregator solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B iGaming ecosystem and aggregation architecture.
  • Knowledge of game certification and regulated markets.
  • Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and casino platform products.
  • Experience building Back-office systems.
