What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Comala Document Management.
• Design core compliance features including electronic signatures, approval workflows, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with engineering to leverage Atlassian APIs like Forge and Connect.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, frictionless user experiences.
• Analyze marketplace metrics and customer feedback to drive adoption and cloud migration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria
• Proven product management experience within the Atlassian ecosystem or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycles, version control, and approval routing.
• Technical aptitude for collaborating on cloud architecture and platform integrations.
• Experience building software for regulated industries or compliance frameworks like ISO or FDA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Forge or Connect development.
• Deep knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software.
