Senior Product Manager - AI Governance (AI/Enterprise Governance): Building a control plane for discovering, governing, auditing, and attributing the cost of AI agents running in enterprise Jira environments with an accent on configuration management, policy enforcement, and platform visibility. Focus on designing agent governance as part of deployment workflows, enforcing runtime rules through a shared policy engine, and validating capabilities with enterprise platform administrators and IT leaders.
Location: Fully remote within Bulgaria

What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI agent governance in enterprise Jira environments.
- Strengthen platform capabilities for configuration deployment, programmatic access, and visibility into configuration changes.
- Extend governance models so AI agent configuration can be captured, compared, rolled back, and promoted across environments.
- Build a control plane with agent discovery, searchable inventory, policy enforcement, audit trails, and cost and usage attribution.
- Define runtime rules for what AI agents can do and coordinate governance requirements across products.
- Develop relationships with Atlassian’s partner program and conduct regular discovery with enterprise Jira administrators and IT leaders.
Requirements
- Several years of product management experience with complex, technical, enterprise infrastructure, or governance products.
- Experience managing products spanning multiple domains and teams.
- Experience working with senior technical buyers, including platform administrators, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Ability to ship in phases against a long-term roadmap while maintaining a clear end state.
- Strong, structured customer discovery and enterprise administrator interviewing skills.
- Must be able to work remotely from Bulgaria.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, or Forge.
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling or LLM platform governance.
- Experience building or overseeing a policy or rules engine.
