Principal Product Manager (Mobile & UI Platform): Owning the mobile product and shared design foundations to ensure a coherent experience across all surfaces with an accent on mobile strategy, design systems, and frontend frameworks. Location: Remote (Europe). Work schedule must be aligned with EU time zones. Hybrid options available in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Lisbon.
Salary: 31,000–40,000 PLN gross per month (for candidates based in Poland).

What you will do
- Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch to expand product usage.
- Drive product direction for the design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns.
- Align mobile and shared foundations for a consistent cross-platform experience.
- Define how foundations evolve to support both human builders and AI tools.
- Set governance standards for prototyping and shipping on shared infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering leads on system design trade-offs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in B2B SaaS product management.
- At least 2 years of experience at Staff or Principal level.
- Proven track record of shipping mobile products with measurable business impact.
- Experience owning platform or shared-systems products.
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on system design.
- Must be based in Europe (Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or Ukraine).
Nice to have
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) for prototyping and workflow automation.
