What you will do

• Lead and scale GEO and Platform Product organizations.
• Define and execute product strategy in close partnership with the CEO.
• Oversee product lifecycle management for high-risk and low-risk payment lines.
• Design and implement robust product operations and governance frameworks.
• Optimize product roadmaps and service level agreements.
• Drive data-driven development and continuous product innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior Product Leadership role (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO).
• Proven experience in iGaming, PSPs, acquiring, and high-risk payment processing.
• Expertise in payment flows, APMs, P2P systems, and crypto payments.
• Experience managing large product organizations with 15+ Product Managers.
• Languages: English and Russian proficiency required.
• Deep background in the fintech industry.
