What you will do

• Maintain task and delivery tracking across teams to ensure visibility and clear ownership.
• Perform backlog management and prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between product, engineering, QA, and other teams.
• Manage onboarding for new team members.
• Investigate and route incoming issues and escalations with appropriate context.
• Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or operations within a tech company.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of ownership.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
