What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals.
• Manage the full influencer lifecycle: identification, vetting, negotiation, and performance reporting.
• Create monthly content calendars and craft on-brand copy and creative briefs based on performance data.
• Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to implement innovative strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, results, and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1).
• Proven track record of managing social strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
• Expertise in crafting unique brand voices and maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to refine strategies and hit KPIs.
