What you will do

• Repair and maintain wind turbine generators and related equipment at the wind farm.
• Support 24/7/365 operations, including rotating shifts, overtime, and on-call duties.
• Conduct safety analyses of energy sources, electrical and mechanical hazards.
• Assist in Root Cause Analyses to determine equipment failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete accurate technical documentation.
• Utilize LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) and JSEA procedures to ensure safe repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or wind certification preferred.
• Must be based in or able to safely travel to the wind farm within 45 minutes in an emergency.
• Ability to work at heights above 300 feet and manipulate up to 50 pounds.
• Weight requirement of 265 lbs or less for climbing equipment safety.
• Fluent English (speaking and understanding) is required for safety and collaboration.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport.
