Location: West Camp Wind Farm near Holbrook, Arizona, United States; candidates must live within 1–1.5 hours of the site or be willing to relocate.

What you will do
- Lead site operations, maintenance, repair, and warranty activities for the wind facility.
- Coordinate internal and external parties to schedule maintenance and manage third-party service contractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NERC, CAISO, environmental, and other applicable requirements.
- Oversee balance-of-plant responsibilities, including the substation, transmission line, roads, vegetation, buildings, and landowner concerns.
- Monitor OEM operations, respond to collection and transmission outages, and maintain 24/7 emergency response capability.
- Support the facility operating budget and develop, educate, and promote the safety of site personnel.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in wind generation, plant maintenance, operations, or a related technical field.
- Required leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across geographically diverse teams.
- Knowledge of wind turbine generators, substations, SCADA functions, PPE, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Experience with high-voltage maintenance and switching; NERC, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage training are required or expected qualifications.
- High school diploma or GED, advanced technical education or training, computer proficiency, and experience with CMMS systems such as SAP.
- Ability to climb towers up to 400 feet, meet applicable weight requirements, work outdoors around energized equipment, and hold a valid driver’s license.

- Experience with Vestas turbines.
- Equipment operator experience.
