What you will do

• Oversee site maintenance and ensure all contractual requirements between project entities are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule maintenance, repair, and warranty work.
• Ensure facility compliance with OSHA, NERC, CAISO, and environmental regulations.
• Manage third-party service contractors and handle balance of plant duties, including substations and transmission lines.
• Maintain 24/7 emergency response for the facility and resolve collection or transmission outages.
• Assist in the creation and management of the facility's operating budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Wind generation, plant maintenance, or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems, specifically SAP, and standard office software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to climb towers up to 400 feet.
• Knowledge of high voltage maintenance, switching, and safety standards (NFPA 70E).
• High school diploma or GED; advanced technical education or training is preferred.
• English proficiency (read, write, and understand).

Nice to have

• Experience with Vestas turbines.
• NERC and NFPA 70E certifications.
• Experience as an equipment operator.
