Team Lead, Wind O&M - West Camp Wind Farm (Wind O&M)

Location: West Camp Wind Farm near Holbrook, Arizona, United States; candidates must live within 1–1.5 hours of the site or be willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Lead site operations, maintenance, repair, and warranty activities for the wind facility.
• Coordinate internal and external parties to schedule maintenance and manage third-party service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NERC, CAISO, environmental, and other applicable requirements.
• Oversee balance-of-plant responsibilities, including the substation, transmission line, roads, vegetation, buildings, and landowner concerns.
• Monitor OEM operations, respond to collection and transmission outages, and maintain 24/7 emergency response capability.
• Support the facility operating budget and develop, educate, and promote the safety of site personnel.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in wind generation, plant maintenance, operations, or a related technical field.
• Required leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across geographically diverse teams.
• Knowledge of wind turbine generators, substations, SCADA functions, PPE, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with high-voltage maintenance and switching; NERC, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage training are required or expected qualifications.
• High school diploma or GED, advanced technical education or training, computer proficiency, and experience with CMMS systems such as SAP.
• Ability to climb towers up to 400 feet, meet applicable weight requirements, work outdoors around energized equipment, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Experience with Vestas turbines.
• Equipment operator experience.
