What you will do
- Manage and track site maintenance, work schedules, and turbine repairs.
- Oversee contractor work, including BOP and turbine maintenance, to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections of substations, access roads, gates, and site infrastructure.
- Monitor site safety, environmental training programs, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analyze project performance data to make recommendations for improving reliability and financial efficiency.
- Coordinate daily POD meetings and monitor OEM work activities on-site.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Holbrook/Heber, AZ.
- Valid US driver's license and ability to pass a background check required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, operations, or related technical fields.
- Advanced technical education or training.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, wind, and snow.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with wind turbines, specifically Vestas systems.
- Knowledge of NERC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Experience as an equipment operator.
