What you will do

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance on wind turbine components.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex turbine systems, including SCADA communication.
• Document all work, parts, and time using computer-based reporting procedures.
• Lead maintenance crews and mentor lower-level technicians as required.
• Perform balance of plant and switchyard work to ensure grid reliability.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must be able to work in adverse climates and confined spaces.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Must pass an advancement exam and oral board within six months of hire.
• No visa sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP.
• Associate’s degree in an electrical or technical field.
• Prior experience in power generation or utility environments.
