Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $190K – $240K (base) + equity

What you'll do
- Build, coach, and lead a globally distributed talent acquisition team with a culture of ownership and data-driven improvement.
- Act as trusted advisor to founders, executives, and hiring managers on hiring decisions using market knowledge and data.
- Develop compelling employer brand and candidate experiences that differentiate in competitive AI talent markets.
- Design and improve recruiting processes, tools, dashboards, and metrics, integrating AI as a core accelerant.
- Track recruiting KPIs to identify bottlenecks and demonstrate business impact.
- Own the talent acquisition roadmap, evolving it with business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, leading teams at high-growth AI/SaaS startups scaling to 600+ employees.
- Proven executive influence on hiring strategy and global recruiting across geographies and time zones.
- Experience building employer brand, scalable processes, AI tooling (Ashby plus), and high-performing teams.
- AI-native workflows in recruiting with measurable impact; comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, growth mindset.
- Bonus for San Francisco market experience and technical AI/ML hiring.
