Location: San Francisco, United States; work arrangement: on-site

Salary: $75,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

Coordinate recruiting activities and keep the hiring process moving.
Work with recruiters and hiring stakeholders across the hiring lifecycle.
Support recruiting operations for a rapidly growing AI company.
Gain exposure to People and Talent functions, including recruiting coordination, sourcing, and recruiting.

Requirements

Interest in building a career in recruiting.
Experience in People or Talent functions is relevant.
Ability to move quickly, work hard, and take ownership.
Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

Background in People Partners, Technical Sourcing, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination.
