What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK C&P sales strategy to drive value-led growth and manage pricing.
• Manage the C&P UK sales team, setting strategies and monitoring performance to meet business needs.
• Generate new business revenues and create commercial strategies to achieve budgetary and strategic goals.
• Support existing key customers through account management, customer service, and technical input.
• Analyze market, competitor, and regulatory developments to capitalize on new commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the Consumer and Products (C&P) market or a similar technical B2B sector.
• Significant experience in a highly technical B2B environment with a strong drive for securing new business.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to create value-based pricing models.
• Experience in selling professional services rather than physical products.
• Full clean driving licence for use in the UK.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required, potentially internationally.
