What you will do

• Identify and secure new logo clients for industrial inspection services, focusing on project-based opportunities.
• Execute proactive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract award.
• Build senior-level relationships with engineering, procurement, quality, and asset integrity stakeholders.
• Lead the pursuit of specialized inspection projects including PED, ASME, Welding, Container, and PSSR scopes.
• Develop strategic bids and tenders, shaping technical scope, commercial strategy, and value propositions.

Requirements

• Proven success in winning new logo business within B2B industrial environments.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of industrial inspection services (PED, ASME, etc.).
• Experience selling into complex sectors such as energy, manufacturing, process, or infrastructure.
• Demonstrable ability to originate and close high-value, project-based opportunities.
• Experience managing bids, tenders, and proposals with a focus on pricing strategy and margin control.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the business assurance or TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) sector.
