Salary: $192,000–$288,000

What you will do
- Design and implement strategic programs to drive therapy adoption and customer engagement.
- Lead the development and expansion of the Future of TAVR program through cohesive storytelling.
- Manage the commercialization of AI-guided pre-case planning platforms.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align global strategy with local execution.
- Develop scalable program frameworks and resources for field teams.
- Track program performance data to provide insights and refine future initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on program strategy and design.
- 7 years of proven experience supporting a global marketing organization.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills for complex initiatives.
- Ability to translate commercial strategies into scalable, repeatable processes.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills for diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
