What you will do

• Develop and execute a services-led sales strategy collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing functions.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and offer tailored Professional Services.
• Compose and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and review sales quotes.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure scoped services align with customer technical and business needs.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance customer discovery and accelerate the services scoping process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or software services pre-sales.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong technical background in networking or security.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve business outcomes and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
