What you will do

• Review and challenge management accounts provided by external accountants to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Report on the financial performance of portfolios at monthly Customer Board meetings.
• Project manage the annual budget process and statutory audits, liaising with auditors and fund finance teams.
• Prepare and review technical accounting papers for acquisitions, disposals, and restructures.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, funding requirements, and banking covenant reporting.
• Identify and drive system improvements to optimize current processes across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Experience with complex consolidations and acquisition accounting.
• Proven track record of managing statutory reporting and external audits.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
