What you will do

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes and maintain parallel books in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare financial statements, regulatory reporting, and business forecasts in collaboration with the FP&A team.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling to provide insights for senior management and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements through automation, dashboard development, and reporting enhancements.
• Oversee outsourced finance service providers and manage performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead critical projects such as system implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification: CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or ACA.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit within tech, fintech, or professional services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a regulated business or regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with systems such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience within cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or payments industries.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting and external audits.
• Experience working in a remote or geographically distributed team environment.
