TL;DR

An AI-native transaction infrastructure company rebuilding the energy market to make electricity transactions transparent, fair, and efficient.

What you will do

  • Own capital strategy, the equity story, and manage non-equity facilities.
  • Lead pre-emptive funding efforts and manage in-bound investor relations, including data rooms and metrics narratives.
  • Oversee tax and Big Four audit preparation.
  • Manage the operational set-up of the US entity for the Texas market launch, including legal, tax, and banking.
  • Drive ERP integration and optimize the flow of financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the finance function is structured and documented for a permanent CFO to inherit.

Requirements

  • CFO experience at a venture-backed scale-up with a leading role in Series B+ investment rounds.
  • Hands-on expertise in capital strategy, investor relations, and debt facilities.
  • Experience with international entity set-up, specifically in the US.
  • Proven track record of ERP and financial syshirify.globals ownership and implementation.
  • Available 3 days a week for a 6-month initial term.

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex commodity, energy, or regulated markets.
  • Expertise in risk management structures and investor communication.
  • Experience structuring AI-native finance teams.
  • Capability and appetite to personally lead a funding round.
