What you will do

• Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure an effortless start.
• Build deep knowledge of client business operations to optimize system configurations.
• Take full ownership of complaints and disputes, ensuring human-centric resolution.
• Conduct regular strategic check-ins to monitor client health and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase relationship value through new routes or service fits.
• Act as the voice of the client to improve internal products and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years in client services, account management, or client-facing operations.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize a portfolio of accounts and manage sensitive situations calmly.
• Commercial mindset to spot growth opportunities within existing relationships.
• Experience in travel, mobility, or the service industry is a plus.
