Digital Customer Success Manager - Benelux (SaaS)

What you will do

• Co-manage and retain a segment of approximately 1,300 small-to-mid-market customers in the Benelux region.
• Design, launch, and iterate scalable digital customer success programs using email, in-app banners, chat, video, and webinars.
• Analyze retention, adoption, and engagement data to identify low-engagement accounts and measure campaign performance.
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the local Account Management team.
• Collaborate with Digital Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Dutch at C1 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher are required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and confidence presenting webinars in Dutch and English.
• Strong process-oriented and systems mindset, with comfort using data, dashboards, and pattern analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Metabase, Planhat, HubSpot, or Intercom is valuable.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable building new processes from scratch.
