Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for administrator experience and clinical workflows on the cloud platform.
• Drive development of admin features such as Proficiency Management, Analytics, User Management, and Fleet Management.
• Lead clinical workflow products including Documentation tools and Quality Assurance systems.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI, automation, and agentic workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve documentation quality.
• Collaborate with Core Platform, Design, Engineering, and Clinical Affairs teams to ensure a coherent end-user experience.
• Integrate customer feedback and data analysis into roadmap prioritization and product decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, digital health, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping cloud or web application products with elegant UX for enterprise users.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, agents, or automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to present to senior executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Understanding of administrator or clinical workflow needs in healthcare settings.
• Experience with POCUS or medical imaging.
