What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Engagement & Enrollment SaaS suite to drive utility customer engagement at scale.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Mentor and empower a global team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Drive the productization of core APIs and widgets to enable frictionless enrollment ecosystems with major OEMs.
• Lead initiatives to improve systemic testing through automated data generators and robust end-to-end testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading product teams and delivering high-value solutions based on market opportunities.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical internal and external audiences.
• User-first mindset with a proven ability to balance ambiguity and technical constraints.
• Must be based in the United States.
