What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Digital Guest Journey.
• Diagnose high-impact opportunities by synthesizing data, sales signals, and customer feedback.
• Maintain direct relationships with hotel operators and enterprise clients to drive prioritization.
• Connect product metrics to company-level outcomes like revenue, margin, and churn.
• Lead technical discussions regarding system architecture and integration dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and design teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with 2–3 years in a senior or director-level role at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Proven track record of identifying high-impact problems and driving product evolution.
• Ability to articulate product decisions in business terms and connect them to financial outcomes.
• Technical depth to lead conversations with engineers and enterprise clients on system architecture.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment without direct organizational authority.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York, NY.
