Location: Remote Canada

Salary: $145,000 - $205,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the company's career philosophy and growth approaches.
  • Architect enterprise-wide career frameworks, internal mobility, and career pathing tools.
  • Establish talent strategies connecting career growth to workforce planning and business needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence decisions on complex talent topics.
  • Develop success profiles and frameworks to clarify growth expectations.
  • Drive change management strategies for the adoption of new career and mobility models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing enterprise talent strategies, career frameworks, or workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align with senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking to structure ambiguous organizational challenges.
  • Experience leading organization-wide change management efforts.
  • Strong organizational judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in Canada.
