What you will do
- Accelerate indirect revenue growth in EMEA by developing strategic reseller relationships that generate qualified partner-sourced pipelines.
- Manage a portfolio of high-potential regional partners to help them identify, influence, and close Software Supply Chain Security opportunities.
- Collaborate with primary fulfillment and procurement partners (e.g., Climb, Softcat, SoftwareOne) to ensure efficient commercial execution.
- Drive joint account planning, partner enablement, and pipeline generation in coordination with Regional VPs and Sales Engineering.
- Execute localized co-sell, recruitment, and commercialization roadmaps for regional VARs and boutique security specialists.
- Maintain real-time hygiene of partner deal registrations and weekly forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Deep operational fluency in multi-tier channel programs, distribution ecosystems, and SaaS economics.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic power-mapping of complex partner organizational structures.
- Strong conceptual command of AppSec, DevSecOps pipelines, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and global cyber-compliance (NIS2, CRA).
- Ability to translate complex cyber risk metrics into high-impact financial ROI value propositions for C-suite executives.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Exceptional project management capacity and ability to drive territory business development autonomously.
