What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers and SDRs across North America, managing performance and career growth.
- Own the North America channel revenue quota, covering both new business and expansion.
- Drive day-to-day channel operations, including territory routing, deal problem-solving, and partner escalations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize channel-sourced pipeline and ensure a smooth co-selling motion.
- Build and execute partner business plans with top-tier partners, establishing clear KPIs and accountability.
- Work with channel marketing on co-branded demand generation, MDF utilization, and partner enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of channel sales experience at a vendor selling through a partner ecosystem.
- 2–4 years of people management experience leading a team in a channel or partner sales organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and a team leader.
- Deep understanding of deal registration, partner incentives, co-selling motions, and MDF.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Must have valid US work authorization (no Visa sponsorship provided).

- Experience with IT infrastructure, endpoint management, RMM, or cybersecurity SaaS technology.
