Salary: Up to €137,000 base + 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead a global team of Programme Managers, engineers, and architects delivering private cloud and data centre expansion programmes.
• Own a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects, managing budgets, resources, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple regions.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management for large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise platforms supporting ERP workloads, from migration planning to post-go-live stabilisation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, data centre, or cloud transformation programmes globally.
• Proven people leadership experience managing Programme Managers and technical teams.
• Strong background in portfolio ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• PMP certification and ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments such as SAP is highly valued.
