• Lead, grow, and motivate a world-class performance engineering team.
• Direct and coach engineers involved in new product development and released product management.
• Drive functional excellence through the innovation of new technologies in the coronary and renal denervation space.
• Collaborate with core teams to establish objectives and evaluate the progress of direct reports.
• Generate novel and unique solutions to engineering and organizational challenges.
• Nurture cross-site and cross-functional relationships in a large, multi-site, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a medical device environment (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
• Fluent English (C1) proficiency in both writing and speaking.
• Must be located in or able to work from Galway, Ireland.
• Experience in direct management of engineers is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of electromechanical devices is desirable.
