Engineering Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of motivated individual contributors in the Dublin area.
• Contribute to the code, design, and architecture of large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build the product roadmap.
• Partner with customers and support engineers to resolve critical issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop and refine codebase best practices and design principles.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment according to company core values.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in writing large-scale distributed backend systems in compiled languages such as Go, Java, or C#.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud storage primitives (S3, GCS, Azure Blob).
• Hands-on experience with petabyte-scale data infrastructure or storage systems.
• Must be based in the Dublin area.
