Engineering Manager II - APM DCS Platform Delivery (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the careers of engineers across three distinct technical teams.
• Define the vision and roadmap for developer productivity and the company's performance engineering practice.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and internal CI teams to continuously increase workflow efficiency.
• Scale and evolve fault-tolerant, tier-0 CI and CD systems to support growth into complex environments.
• Own the release experience and implement mechanisms to prevent performance regressions before release.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a people manager with a focus on career growth, mentoring, and high-trust team building.
• Strong project-delivery leadership with a track record of roadmap planning and cross-team shipping.
• Expertise in system design for reliable, high-scale systems.
• Ability to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders, internal customers, and platform providers.
• Must be based in one of the listed European countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, or The Netherlands).

Nice to have

• Experience with internal tooling or developer-productivity teams.
• Background in continuous integration/delivery systems and benchmarking.
• Experience working with AWS.
