What you will do

• Own marketing execution with a focus on building top-of-funnel pipeline through SEO, AEO, and organic content.
• Lead technical SEO and AEO strategies to ensure visibility in AI-powered answer engines.
• Oversee demand generation programs across paid, organic, email, and events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to sharpen messaging and differentiate capabilities.
• Manage, coach, and hold the marketing team accountable for execution quality and performance metrics.
• Report directly to C-level leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and revenue trajectory.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role at a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Expertise in SEO/AEO strategy, including technical SEO, schema markup, and AI-powered search engine optimization.
• Proven track record of managing and growing top-of-funnel metrics like IQLs, MQLs, and SQLs.
• Strong experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with networking or cybersecurity concepts such as VPNs, SD-WAN, or Zero Trust.
• Excellent narrative skills with the ability to translate technical value into plain language.
