What you will do

• Lead social media strategy and community management across key client accounts.
• Mentor and manage social media teams, ensuring quality control and clear direction.
• Partner with creative and paid media teams to develop platform-native content.
• Champion social search best practices and optimize content for discovery.
• Advise on the role of social content in AI visibility and brand citation.
• Own insight and reporting, presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in the London office 2 days per week.
• 5+ years of experience in social media leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and social search.
• Expertise in social reporting, analytics, and interpreting data for strategy.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously across various verticals.
• Understanding of the role social media plays in AI visibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury, beauty, FMCG, or pharma sectors.
• Knowledge of social search optimization.
• Experience aligning organic and paid social strategies.
