What you will do

• Build a bold, actionable global social strategy for FY28, defining market presence and success metrics.
• Review existing channel performance and content effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
• Redesign the planning, creation, and distribution of social-first content for higher agility and cultural relevance.
• Develop a scalable content operating model to increase impact without adding complexity.
• Implement AI workflows to optimize ideation, production, localisation, and reporting.
• Identify emerging trends and creator opportunities to increase relevance with younger audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience building social strategies for ambitious consumer brands.
• Deep expertise in social-first content, creator marketing, and platform behaviors.
• Ability to turn channel performance insights into actionable, bold recommendations.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to creative production and content operations.
• Experience transforming content teams and improving production workflows.
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and coaching junior team members.
