Location: London, United Kingdom – hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Operate as the Paid Social category expert for ZEUR Nestlé, supporting client needs and validating recommendations.
  • Design Paid Social roadmaps and maturity frameworks to frame strategic recommendations across categories.
  • Develop zone-level Paid Social strategies, adapting them for specific business units with varying objectives and budgets.
  • Forge relationships with partners like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to embrace new media, tech, and data opportunities.
  • Present strategies and insights to senior stakeholders, integrating Paid Social into holistic social approaches.
  • Drive first-party data initiatives and stay updated on trends, sharing best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work (4 days/week in office)
  • Track record of devising and implementing Paid Social strategies across multiple markets or business units in Europe.
  • Complete knowledge of Paid Social from campaign setup to reporting, handling varying digital maturity levels.
  • Experience leading teams, building client/partner relationships, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling to connect Paid Social outcomes to business decisions and demystify for non-specialists.
  • Thought leadership in Paid Social with broad digital exposure and tool proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Nestlé or similar complex, multi-unit clients.
  • Hands-on with supporting social tools and PowerPoint for high-stakes presentations.
