What you will do

• Lead fee negotiations, contracting, and usage rights management.
• Manage end-to-end influencer seeding and gifting programs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with creators and agents as a trusted brand partner.
• Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment while maintaining creator authenticity.
• Analyze performance and provide data-led recommendations to optimize future activity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing for consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from scouting to reporting.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of creator culture, emerging platforms, and social trends.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office regularly.
