What you will do

• Lead the global search agenda for major brands, covering paid, organic, retail, and AI-driven search.
• Develop and scale sophisticated search team operating models across global, regional, and local markets.
• Integrate WPP capabilities and search disciplines to drive client growth and performance.
• Craft compelling strategic narratives that connect client ambitions to practical search solutions.
• Drive the evolution of search strategy in response to generative AI and changing consumer discovery behaviors.
• Set client and team KPIs, including performance benchmarks and maturity roadmaps.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in leading global search agendas for major brands.
• Deep expertise in paid search, SEO, and emerging AI/generative search surfaces.
• Proven track record of senior client management up to C-level.
• Experience managing and inspiring large, distributed search teams across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech stacks, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex media ecosystems beyond search.
