What you will do

• Partner with general management to build organizational competencies and drive a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with divisional business goals.
• Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies to mitigate risks and align pay/benefits.
• Lead talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership continuity initiatives.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor workforce metrics and ensure adoption of corporate HR policies and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international strategic HRBP role.
• Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to handle information subject to ITAR regulations.
