Salary: $147,200 - $220,800

What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled talent management systems for talent planning, succession, and career development.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise talent programs, planning cycles, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive adoption of talent processes through change management, training, and leader enablement strategies.
- Develop the enterprise talent management strategy and operational roadmap to attract and retain top talent.
- Optimize Workday to enable and simplify core talent management processes across the organization.
- Partner with Global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity teams to remove bias from talent practices and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of Human Resources experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire (sponsorship is not available for this level).
- Professional experience in Talent Management, Change Management, or Organization Development.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA in Human Resources.
- Subject matter expertise in competency modeling, role profiling, and global succession planning.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Workday and PowerPoint.
