TL;DR

Sr Business Development Representative (Software): Qualifying leads for commercial and enterprise-level accounts with an accent on prospecting strategies and pipeline management. Focus on identifying customer needs, scheduling discovery meetings, and mentoring team members.

Location: Remote (England, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain). hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary: €58.1K – €83K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Execute prospecting strategies to identify and engage existing hirify.global users with a propensity for commercial licenses.
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and determine prospect interest and challenges.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Achieve targets for qualified prospects and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Engage in the mentoring and development of other team members.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a Sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in lead qualification and prospecting.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to quickly grasp industry use cases and product value propositions.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
