What you will do

• Lead the market entry and expansion strategy for DeepL in Austria.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from the ground up, qualifying and converting leads.
• Develop deep expertise in the Austrian business landscape to position DeepL as a trusted solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austria.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Proven track record in Enterprise Sales with experience managing complex deals.
• Strong background in SaaS sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and market presence from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of Austrian business culture and market dynamics.
