What you will do

  • Lead the Austrian market entry by introducing translation services and establishing a sales foundation.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification and conversion to closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Austrian business landscape, cultural nuances, and customer needs.
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Track and manage pipeline, activity, and revenue goals to ensure smooth market expansion.

Requirements

  • Based in Germany.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proven track record in Enterprise Sales with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep knowledge and cultural fluency regarding the Austrian business market.
  • Experience in software sales, specifically SaaS.
  • Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
