TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (Fintech): Building and scaling the partnership channel and provider network for a private markets infrastructure platform with an accent on revenue generation and operational capability. Focus on identifying and activating referral partners, structuring commercial agreements, and ensuring end-to-end service delivery across UK, German, and Luxembourg markets.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, Berlin, or Luxembourg (Hybrid setup).

What you will do

  • Own the partnership programme across core markets, adapting activation to local regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners to drive qualified pipeline and measurable ARR.
  • Structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers to close capability gaps.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, and scope for all partnerships.
  • Build infrastructure for tracking partner introductions, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums across European markets.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or senior client-facing roles within fund services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures, and LP/GP dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building commercial channels or partner programmes from scratch.
  • Ability to hold senior-level conversations with law firms, depositaries, and professional services providers.
  • Existing relationships in the UK or European VC/PE ecosystem.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across core markets.
