What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of prominent FMCG industry players and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with client-side marketing, sales, research, and top management.
• Drive contract renewals and present additional services based on a deep understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate internally with Customer Service and Analytics Insights departments to deliver value.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the FMCG environment.
• Excellent business, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• English proficiency at B2 level for internal and external communication.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and work effectively with tables.
