What you will do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the CEEC region.
  • Drive account growth through the up-selling and cross-selling of campaigns and products.
  • Create and implement strategic remarketing plans for various business verticals.
  • Analyze and provide transparency over campaign performance to ensure premium customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, specifically performance marketing.
  • Experience with incrementality, H2H tests, multi-touch attribution models, and MMMs.
  • Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns and professional client relationships.
  • English: C1 or above required.
  • Czech or Slovak: C1 or above required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
