Senior Business Development Manager (IT Services)

What you will do

• Drive new enterprise business development for Managed Services, Nearshore Delivery Centres, and long-term delivery engagements.
• Build account-based strategies and opportunity plans for targeted enterprise customers.
• Lead the full consultative sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution shaping, proposal development, price negotiations, and contract closure.
• Manage customer accounts, contracts, stakeholder relationships, service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Coordinate initial delivery activities, including recruitment, purchase orders, and onboarding.
• Prepare revenue, sales growth, gross margin, and expense forecasts while acting as an escalation point for business risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling IT services, preferably Managed Services and Nearshore Delivery Models.
• Bachelor’s degree and a proven record in enterprise sales and complex deal management.
• Ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to travel to branch locations for business-related matters.

• French or German language skills.
