What you will do

• Drive new business development for Managed Services and Nearshore Delivery Centres.
• Execute account-based strategies and consultative sales processes for enterprise clients.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution shaping to contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill customer needs and ensure talent motivation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report forecasts, gross margins, and sales growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically Managed Services and Nearshore Delivery Models.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales and complex deal management.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Minimum bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
• Ability to travel to branch locations for business-related matters.
